1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the Order confirmation.

  • During high demand periods, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

  • Once an order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

  • Lotloo partners with reliable local and international logistics providers.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

    • Domestic (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and destination country)

  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. TRACKING ORDERS

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track shipments on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.


5. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lotloo is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Carrier issues

    • Customs processing

    • Natural disasters or other events beyond our control

  • If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, Lotloo will assist in filing claims with the shipping provider.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Lotloo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES RELATED TO SHIPPING

  • Orders that cannot be delivered may be returned to Lotloo.

  • Shipping-related returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

  • Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges in case of address errors or refusal of delivery.
